Established in 1943, Sacks currently serves a broad range of clients: hotels and lodges; restaurants and franchises; wine estates; golf and sports clubs; manufacturers; hospital and institution kitchens; banquet halls; corporate functions and canteens; film and event caterers; retailers; airline caterers; fishing fleet operators, ship chandlers and the general public.

INFRASTRUCTURE

After generations trading in Muizenberg, 2005 saw Sacks Butcheries establish its new home situated in Westlake Business Park, Tokai. The property represents a state of the art meat processing and distribution facility. Enhanced refrigeration technology, a fleet of 26 fully refrigerated vehicles and full time cooling of the entire facility enhances shelf life of our delivered product.

We are proud to have taken measures to reduce our impact on the environment. Recently Solar Panels were installed covering our entire roof area – producing substantial portions of our energy needs.
